Hello and Welcome to my expanding, thriving practice,

My name is Erica Travis. I am happy to be offering wellness practices that encourage health evolution for You! I offer therapeutic massage to your comfort level, to rebalance musculature and promote deep relaxation. I use organic oils and salves that we choose together that would best align with your needs.

How did I get here? I've had extensive training and continue to build my knowledge but, it all began when I started my family at age 20. I was a young mamma who quickly recognized the need for balance to maintain a healthful & peaceful life. I tuned into my body by stretching which led to yoga and walking to balance the stress of family life and to bring relief to the discomfort of my scoliosis. As it turns out, our bodies are doing that all of the time, seeking balance. It's called homeostasis.

The beauty of therapeutic massage is the practice reduces stress and encourages homeostasis in all nine systems of the body: muscles, bones, nervous system,circulation, lymph flow, digestion, elimination, glands and organs and our most protective barrier to pathogens, our skin.
That is why massage feels amazing, relaxing and healthful.

-muscle reeducation with deep tissue and joint mobilization techniques to your comfort level
